FOR the first time in many years, all three Maddington Bulls grades had a win against arch-rivals Kenwick.
The young colts got off to a flyer with a 20-goal win and the reserves backed up last week’s effort with another 15-goal win.
The league game was hot from the start, with Kenwick playing strong tough football. The Maddington boys took a while to get used to the smaller ground and the strong pressure applied from Kenwick.
It was a close game all day, with Kenwick leading at quarter-time and Maddington at half and three-quarter time.
In the end, the Bulls pulled away for a solid six-goal win and sit on top of the ladder halfway through the season. Corey Wilson was outstanding in defence.
