PFL: Centrals brushed aside by Baldivis

A FAST start handed Baldivis a 75-point win over Centrals in the Peel Football League.

Baldivis jumped the Mundijong-based side in the first quarter by booting seven goals to one.

They ran out the game 21-17 (143) to 10.8 (68) to sit top of the ladder with three wins and no losses after three rounds.

Centrals are sixth with one win from their three games.

Robert Toung was the chief goal kicker for Baldivis booting eight goals while Cameron David Spence kicked three and Emmanuel Collard two.

For Centrals the only multiple goal-kicker was Jarrad Smith.

Baldivis had a 10-goal lead at half time but Centrals came back in the third booting five goals to four but Baldivis ran out the game with five final quarter goals to two.

Centrals play their next game on Sunday against seventh-placed Rockingham Rams.
