Uni had set Gosnells a tough chase, declaring at 8-305, before reducing the Hawks to 2-48.
Matt Leipold was vital with 70 to share a 128-run stand with Pomersbach, which had Gosnells on track at 3-234 before a flurry of late wickets created drama.
A last wicket stand of 17 meant Gosnells was able to pass the total in dramatic fashion, with Jaxom Rose scoring an unbeaten 16 in an amazing display.
Rose and Leipold both took two wickets late in the day as Uni finished at 4-63 in the second innings.
