Francis CurroComment News

THE Armadale Soccer Club will be asking its players to Pull On Your Socks for the McGrath Foundation.

The club will be raising money for the foundation on August 6 and 7 and each team will be wearing pink socks as part of the campaign.

Pull On Your Socks aims to ensure every family affected by breast cancer has access to a dedicated breast care nurse, no matter where they live or their financial situation.

Armadale Soccer Club NPL Reserves coach Chris Finlayson said all teams had come on board to support the campaign.

“We are hoping local businesses, club sponsors, parents and the wider community will come down on the day with donations,” he said.

The games will be played from 11am until the last game at 3pm on August 6 and 7.

Supporters are asked to wear pink on the day and bring a donation for the McGrath Foundation.
