Rain ruins it for Gosnells

The Hawks were set a target of 308 to win by Joondalup, who had posted 9-279 after the first day at Sutherlands Park.

But only a handful of overs was able to be bowled on the second day on Saturday, due to the rain.

The Centurions added 28 runs to reach 9-307, before Gosnells finished the day on 0-11 before the rain hit.

The draw leaves Gosnells down in 14th with three rounds to play.
