The 17-year-old welterweight, who is now focusing on her boxing career after finishing high school last year, said the win had increased her confidence before she travels to more European competitions.
‘I feel great now having competed against the best in the world and coming out on top,’ Parker said.
‘I’m really happy with my fights on the weekend, especially winning the first bout by technical knock-out (TKO) and then the second and third by unanimous decision.’
