Swinging Skirts: Whaleback Golf Course program encourages women to take up sport

WHALEBACK Golf Course is inviting novice female golfers to take part in an exciting new free program for beginners.

Swinging Skirts is designed to encourage female golf participation and thanks to sponsorship from Golf WA, golfing enthusiasts can take part in it for free.

The six week course teaches the basics of golf, such as how to swing correctly and sink putts, and conditioning the body.

Each session run for 75 minutes and has room for six to ten participants and features games to ensure it is fun-filled session for everyone.

The sessions begin in November.

No existing golf knowledge or equipment is required.
