THE Perth Heat’s Australian Baseball League schedule has been revealed.

The Heat will have a tough start to their campaign as they face the reigning champions and last season’s minor premiers in the first two rounds.

Perth begins the season with a four game series away to Melbourne Aces, who finished top-of-the-table last season, from November 17-19.

They will then return home and host last year’s champions Brisbane Bandits in their first home series of the season from November 24-26.

The Heat, who finished bottom of the table last season, will host Adelaide Bite from December 8-10, in-between series in Sydney (December 1-3) and Canberra (December 14-17) before the All-Star game and Christmas break.

After the break, they host Canberra on December 28-31, Sydney in January 11-14 and Melbourne January 25-27.

The ABL semi-final series take place on Feburary 2-4 and the finals series will be played February 9-11.

All of the Heat’s home games are at Baseball Park in Thornlie.
