WHALEBACK Golf Course is looking for new members for its Wednesday Ladies club.
The club first started in Riverton in the late 1960s before moving to the Fremantle public course – until the Whaleback course was built in Parkwood in 1981.
The ladies play both a nine and 18-hole competition on Wednesday mornings with handicaps ranging from 12 to 45.
There are numerous events throughout the year, including away days for captain and president’s trophy and mixed day twice a year – when partners and/ or friends can join for a friendly sociable occasion.
