A section of road leading to Riverview Foreshore in Coodanup is being closed to traffic.
The City of Mandurah announced Birchley Road would be closed to eastbound traffic between Wanjeep and Radiata streets from March 25 to May 31.
The road will be temporarily reopened during school holidays from April 1 to 21.
Birchley Road connects to Riverview Foreshore along the Serpentine River and the foreshore boat ramp.

The closure will allow for drainage, sewerage and road construction works, with full plans available to view at the city’s administration building.
Traffic management and detours will be in place during the roadworks.
