City Beach burglars make the most of the facilities

THIEVES who took $4000 cash swam in the pool, used their victim’s towels and played video games during their robbery at a Tranmore Way, City Beach home between 1pm and 7pm on January 2.

“They also dropped a bottle of perfume on the way out,” Senior Sergeant Julie Foley said.

Sgt Foley would not disclose where the cash was kept, but said three people were seen in the area.

Police are investigating how the thieves got into the house.
