RESIDENTS aged over 55 looking to downsize into smaller villas now have the option to live in the heart of Morley.
Specialist property investment and management company Agem Property Group has kicked off the sale of units at its over 55s development on 28 Compton Way.
There are six units featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, walk-in shower, security fly screens and cameras in each unit.

It is located near Morley Galleria, Bayswater train station, Embleton Golf Course and Morley Sport and Recreation Centre.
Planning Institute of Australia WA division executive officer Emma de Jager said the development provided an alternative housing option but more planning was needed for residents aged over 55.
“Perth needs more options like 28 Compton Way in similar well-located areas like Morley for downsizers and retirees, allowing them better access to local amenities without forcing them to live on the fringes with limited access to local services,” she said.
