MDBA president Frank Stachowicz said the awards were a fabulous opportunity to display businesses.
“We had a record number of nominations and a full house on the night,” he said.

There were some changes to categories and processes. “We introduced two new categories, being Best Foodie of the year and People’s Choice.”
