Residents can also stop by a wishing tree to make their wish for the year and discover more about the 12 zodiac animals throughout the centre.

The centre is also running a competition where residents who spend $45 at any store get the chance to win one of three gift cards worth $500.

Centre manager Allana Edwards said the centre was excited to share the joy and prosperity of the Year of the Pig.

“We are proud to celebrate the cultural diversity at The Square Mirrabooka, for many years we have hosted the lion dance to celebrate the Lunar New Year which our customers love to participate in,” she said.
