Drop it like it’s hot: Rapper Snoop Dogg releases cook book

Tanya MacNaughtonEastern Reporter

JUST when you think you have US rapper Snoog Dogg pegged, he goes and announces the launch of his first cookbook, From Crook to Cook.

The new release will be distributed in Australia through Hardie Grant in October following the success of his Emmy-Nominated VH1 cooking series Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party filmed with Martha Stewart.

The book will feature 50 of Snoop Dogg’s favourite cannabis-free recipes from his personal collections, arranged by meals and occasions include baked mac and cheese, chicken and waffles and baby back ribs.

There will also be weeknight staples including soft flour tacos and chicken Caesar salad while no Snoop Dogg cookbook would be complete without snacks to satisfy the munchies and a gin and juice recipe.
