YVONNE Khan and Darren King are combining their knowledge of the Swan Valley and the Guildford hospitality industry to create a new casual dining venue in Bedford.
At Chef & Co Restaurant the business partners want to create a relaxed dining experience with fresh regional produce, innovative Australian cuisine, Swan Valley and Margaret River wines, and exceptional service.

“All the clientele so far have just raved about the place.”
Darren’s background includes executive chef at Riverbank Winery, Matilda Bay, C Restaurant and The Loose Box.
Yvonne, a Swan Valley resident, renovated and opened the award-winning Padbury’s Restaurant in Guildford which she owned for 12 years.
She is originally from Melbourne, where she studied hotel management, and in recent years has been at Carilley Estate Winery and the WACA.
Chef & Co opened on January 18 in Beaufort Street.
