The Shorehouse second serve of Dessert Degustation

THE Shorehouse’s first Dessert Degustation last year proved so popular the Swanbourne restaurant has decided to bring back the initiative.

The five course dessert degustation returns from September 25 to 27 from 6pm for $59 per person.

Pastry chef Ella Saleeba has designed a delectable menu featuring the following courses:

3) Baked apple cheesecake, coconut crumble, apple cider and maple ice cream

4) Passionfruit panna cotta, mango, pineapple & passionfruit sorbet

5) Dark chocolate cremeux, milk chocolate mousse, malt, sour cherry, toasted pine nuts, goats curd sorbet
