CHRISTMAS lights will be shining this month to raise funds for Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation in support of Princess Margaret Hospital research and equipment.
As part of the 14th annual Christmas Lights campaign, at least 40 homes from Alkimos in the north to Baldivis in the south, as well as homes in regional WA, have been festooned merry and bright, with homeowners accepting gold coin donations from visitors.
The 2016 campaign raised more than $90,000, which helped buy a Newborn Emergency Transport Service, a specialist team of doctors and nurses solely dedicated to providing neonatal intensive care during transport.

“We are very proud that the campaign has become such a beloved event for many families around Perth, who can contribute to supporting WA children cared for at the hospital simply through visiting a participating homes.”
The campaign ends on December 31.
