LOOKING forward to seeing Avengers: Age of Ultron at the end of April was the focal point for getting Luke McGregor through this month's Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
"I also tried to get a reasonable amount of sleep and eat at least one mostly vegetable dish a day," the Tasmanian-born, Melbourne-based comedian said.

McGregor will be bringing his show I Worry That I Worry Too Much to Perth Comedy Festival at the beginning of May, which takes a look at all the things that make the slightly awkward and charmingly geeky funnyman anxious in life.
"It's been my experience that we all have things that worry us that deep down we know don't really matter," McGregor said.
"This show is my attempt to bring those anxieties out into the open, laugh at them, and hopefully worry about them a lot less moving forward."
He said winning the Best Newcomer awards in Melbourne 2013 and Sydney 2014 confirmed he was headed along the right path in life and proved to his parents he was better at comedy than using his economics degree from the University of Tasmania.
Seen most recently on television shows including It's A Date, Utopia and The Project, McGregor said he was looking forward to catching up with family members while in Perth.
"I also just googled"Top 10 things to do in Perth" and the first result I got was "Kings Park and Botanic Garden," he said.
"I guess Ill head there first then consult Google again."
