THE 2017 Falls Festival line-up has been announced and this time music lovers on Australia’s west coast will get to enjoy the sweet sound of summer closer to home in Fremantle.
Falls Downtown will take over the port city from January 7 to 8 with headliners Childish Gambino, London Grammar, The Avalanches, Violent Soho, Matt Corby, Ta-Ku, The Jezabels, Ballpark Music and more.
The Fremantle debut follows 23 years of Falls Festival history on the east coast and has replaced the traditional rural setting with the urban environment of Fremantle’s abandoned and repurposed buildings.
There will be limited rooftop camping, visual arts performances, creative installations, pop-up bars, food trucks and market stalls.
