The event, which takes place from November 22 to 24, will see foodies descend on the Margaret River region to take in culinary experiences including the Gourmet Village, Food For Thought sessions, The Creative Process and The Call of The Wild.

The Gourmet Village, the heart of the festival and set at the iconic Leeuwin Estate, is the hub where food-lovers can explore and indulge in the finest WA produce and be part of masterclasses, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and see the international food and wine stars across the weekend.

Troy said having done the event last year, he could not wait to take part in it again and this time would be bringing along his entire team.

‘This is going to be the quintessential WA experience as guests will have the sand between their toes, wine in hand, sun setting, while enjoying amazing food.’

Troy will also be doing a demonstration on the Paddock to Plate Stage followed by a chefs’ theatre session with Shane Osborn on Sunday.

‘I am really looking forward to working with Shane Osborn,’ he said. ‘I staged in his kitchen over seven years ago and he’s always been an inspiration.’

Other chefs to take part in the event include Heston Blumenthal, Rick Stein, Alex Atala, Luke Dale-Roberts and Sat Bains as well as Australian and local chefs Neil Perry, Adriano Zumbo, Tetsuya Wakuda, Alain Fabregues, Matt Stone, Aaron Carr, Nigel Harvey and Tony Howell.
