The weekend culinary and sensory journey featuring two days of food and wine taste sensations will also include the guest appearances of chefs Guy Grossi, Hadleigh Troy, Peter Manifis and Sophie Budd.

Budd, the owner of Taste Budds Cooking School, will take part in the festival for the second time and will run the Sunday Farmer’s Lunch.

‘Last year I did a wattle seed tiramisu with shaved truffle on top, as well as a cooking demo with Print Hall’s Shane Watson,’ she said,

‘This year I will be running the Sunday Farmer’s Lunch as part of my new venture with Katrina Lane, of Taste of Balingup and Bella Bushell: Food Land Culture.

‘We are highlighting the local produce and having conversations about food, provenance and what is really going on for farmers.’

The gastronomical weekend will include Friday and Saturday ‘Hunt and Harvest’ gala dinners and lunches, Co-Op dining, masterclasses, wine glass experiences, truffle-hunting, farmers markets, demonstrations and other foodie experiences.
