A MT Claremont home has provided a glamorous setting for a recent shopping centre photo shoot.

The modern Hamptons-style setting features in the Cockburn Gateway Shopping City spring summer 19 campaign, which launches today.

Showcasing current season fashion and homewares, its key trends include palettes of clean whites, sandy beige, sky blues and soft pinks teamed with brushed rose and gold jewellery.

“We see the return of florals for spring as well as natural earthy tones in tan accessories, chunky woven slides and beach-ready bags to keep the look grounded,” Vivien’s Creative Perth stylist Claire Metcalf said.

“It’s a fresh presence that’s on trend, easy to integrate into your existing wardrobe while also being a safe option for investment pieces.

“Soft relaxed shapes in the form of floaty silk skirts reflect the warmer weather with a tie blouse or jumpsuit allowing flashes of skin showing off a summer tan.

“You’ll find fabrics in breathable linen, cotton, silk and fine open-knit weaves.”

The Fashionable Living campaign also showcases an array of homewares in summery hues of beige, browns, blues and soft green.

“Texture adds a point of difference with layering of beautiful weaves, fringing and self-patterned details bringing a luxe vibe to pieces which are otherwise wonderfully understated,” Metcalf said.

“Staples in neutral shades easily mix and match to update home decor: look for natural wood, marble, stonewash cotton, linen, warm metallics and a healthy dose of real greenery to bring the outside in.

“The result – summer resort-style living that is awash with tranquillity.”

The shopping centre VIP Lifestyle Event is on October 26.
