IF you received the joy of a new fur baby for Christmas, you may be deliberating over what to name the newest member of your family.
To add some inspiration, Pet Insurance Australia has released the top 10 popular canine and feline names for 2018 from their database of about 150,000 pets across Australia, with a few unusual additions as well.
“It’s always a crowd favourite to see who made the top 10 list this year,” Pet Insurance Australia’s Nadia Crighton said.

“There were certainly some new names that made the list including Willow and Cooper compared to last year.
“Of course, let’s not forget some Disney favourites including Simba who actually made the top 10 this year. Other names include Maleficent, Bambi and Tinkerbell.”
