Akut family appeals for funeral support

Belinda CiprianoEastern Reporter

Kuol, who was bashed at an 18th birthday party in Girrawheen, died on February 25.

He had spent six days fighting for his life at Royal Perth Hospital. Jibrine Jok said relatives were grieving the death of their son and wanted to give him the send-off he deserved.

Edmund Rice Lions manager and family friend Bella Ndayikeze has set up a website to raise money.

“Kuol was involved with our club and I wanted to help where I could, so when I got the go-ahead, I set it up,” Ms Ndayikeze said.
