The car was abandoned in a car park at the intersection of Morley Drive and Wanneroo Road, Tuart Hill.

Four people exited the car and were then arrested.

A 17-year-old boy from Boulder, who it will be alleged was the driver of the vehicle, has been charged with failing to stop, reckless driving and having no authority to drive.

The boy was also charged with several offences not related to the incident last night.

He was refused bail and appeared in the Perth Children’s Court today.
