A 27-year-old Balga man has been charged with the murder of DJ and event promoter Jaime Fernandez on July 16.
Mr Fernandez (41) was found dead in his North Beach Drive unit in Tuart Hill last Tuesday.
Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Gorton said Mr Fernandez was found with “significant” injuries.
