MAJOR Crime Squad detectives have charged a 61-year-old man over the death of an 81-year-old woman at a Balga home.
Police and St John Ambulance officers were called to a residence on Whitehaven Crescent in Balga about 6.20pm last night.
They located the woman with significant injuries and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
