Beechboro: Major Fraud Squad seize 485g of meth

THE Major Fraud Squad have ceased about 485 grams of Methylamphetamine, several rounds of ammunition and drug paraphernalia from a home in Beechboro.

On June 14, the Squad executed a search warrant at the Beechboro address, as part of an ongoing investigation.

A 27 year old man  from the address was remanded in custody on June 15  after being charged with possessing a trafficable quantity of Methylamphetamine with intent to sell or supply it to another, possessing drug paraphernalia where there was a prohibited drug or plant and two counts unlicensed possession of a  firearm/ammunition.

He is due to appear at Midland Magistrates Court on June 22.
