Mirvac residential development manager Paige Walker, who launched the park with West Swan MLA Rita Saffioti and Swan Mayor David Lucas, said Mirvac would be delivering a series of interconnecting spaces.
“All future parks and amenities at Iluma Private Estate will link together via a central boulevard pathway, providing residents with easy and secure access throughout the community,” she said.
“The next stage will integrate a larger community focussed park with barbeque facilities, and plans for a third park will cater for young families with amenities to suit toddlers and younger children.”
The next park is estimated to start construction in early 2019.
