EDEN Hill Community Action Network is inviting neighbours to unite at its upcoming Neighbour Day event.

The community group is holding celebrations and mini market at Mary Crescent Reserve on March 31 from 9am to noon.

There will be a sausage sizzle, live music, market, community stalls, kids activities, giant games and face painting.

The group urges people to bring their picnic blanket and spend a morning in the park to get to know the community.

Chairwoman Christina Carey said she expected to have more than 100 people attend the event.
