Developer scales back Mirrabooka apartment building

Laura PondEastern Reporter

A PROPOSED Mirrabooka apartment building is being reduced to four storeys.

The $10 million five-storey apartment and commercial complex on Sudbury Road was approved in January but applicant MacCormac Architects sought changes to the design at the Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel meeting on July 18.

The panel endorsed its application to reduce the building height to four storeys and reduce the number of units from 42 to 31.
