The celebration is designed to recognise achievements and contributions made by local people with disabilities.
The event will feature a self-defence workshop, art and craft activities, light refreshments and a belly dance and music workshop.
Mayor Barry McKenna said the City was committed to being an accessible and inclusive local government where people of all abilities are able to fully and actively participate in the community.
