The bike was identified as having been stolen from a Perth café on January 6.

Detective Sergeant Courtney Solly said police identified a house where they had intelligence the occupants were exchanging drugs for stolen property.

“We’ve had a crime spike in burglaries and stealings from motor vehicles in Maylands and Bayswater,” she said.

“We’re trying to proactively target the offenders in this particular area and finding a house like this where a lot of stolen property is contained is certainly a big win for the police station.”

The men have been charged and will attend court at a later date.
