Eden Hill: Police hunt robber who stole from 85-year-old woman

POLICE are hunting a man who stole from an elderly woman after entering her home on Second Avenue, Eden Hill, this morning.

About 8am the man entered the home of an 85-year-old woman while she was outside putting rubbish in the bin.

When she walked back inside the house he confronted her.

He threatened and pushed the victim before stealing her purse, mobile phone and car keys.

He then left the house, driving away in her beige Nissan Micra Hatch, registration 1CYM 367 (below).

The victim did not receive any injuries but is shaken by the incident.

The man is described as being between 20 and 30 years of age, dark skinned, slim build and with dark hair.

He was wearing dark clothing.
