Raising money for the Ride to Conquer Cancer, owner Caroline Johnston will host the event along with riders Carina McMillen, Jasia Hawkins, Tamara Cameron and husband-and-wife duo Christine and Phil de Saint Jorre, who form part of the team Inspired to Ride.
Mrs Johnston, who recently lost her dad to cancer, said she was happy to help women who were passionate about the cause.
The event will showcase winter and spring fashion trends as well as presentations by fashion blogger Amy Zempilas, cancer survivor Nicola Peachey and entrepreneur Siobhan O�Halloran.

READ NOWRider Carina McMillen said the fundraiser and ride had now become a major focus, with both taking up most of her spare time.
"Everyone is affected by cancer in some way, it's a horrible disease," Ms McMillen said.
�I�ve lost my grandmother, my aunty, my poppy and our friend's son to cancer.
"More recently, my sister's nephew has been diagnosed with leukaemia."
The Bassendean resident added she had not ridden further than 40km on a bike, but knowing the ride would make such a significant contribution to cancer research she would push through her cycling pain barriers.
Tickets for Saturday night's fundraiser are $50 and include canapes and a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival.
The night will include door prizes, raffles, silent auctions, a performance by saxophonist Michael Bednall and band DeLuxe.
