Fuel prices set to rise by almost 20 cents per litre tomorrow

PERTH drivers have been encouraged to fill up today to avoid pain at the bowser tomorrow – with prices set to rise by almost 20 cents per litre (cpl) on average.

Fuelwatch issued a statement this afternoon saying that all Coles Express sites were increasing the cost of unleaded petrol to 151.9 cpl, up 22 cents on today’s price.

“Most 7-Eleven, Puma, BP, Caltex and Caltex Woolworths are increasing their ULP price to 149.9 cpl and most Vibe sites are increasing their ULP price to 143.7 cpl,” the statement said.

Today’s cheapest unleaded petrol is available for 120.8 cpl at Puma’s Midvale, Warnbro and Mt Lawley stations.

Tomorrow’s cheapest unleaded petrol will be available at Puma High Wycombe in the east for 124.9 cpl and United Ellenbrook in the north for 124.7 cpl.

It is also available for 125.7 cpl in the south at United’s Armadale, Hamilton Hill, Leda and South Lake petrol stations.
