Funding promise for Morley Primary Playgroup

Kristie LimEastern Reporter

CHILDREN at Morley Primary Playgroup could have access to improved resources if Federal Labor is elected.

Opposition early childhood education and development spokeswoman Amanda Rishworth and Perth MHR Patrick Gorman promised to fund $5000 towards the playgroup.

The playgroup has been providing services to more than 14 local families since opening about six months ago.

This grant would help the playgroup buy toys and books that reflect the multicultural community and provide greater learning opportunities.
