BAYSWATER police are trying to catch four teenage girls who went on a crime spree last month.

It started with a break-in at a house on Avenell Road, Bayswater, between 10pm on March 7 and 5.30am the next day.

They stole a handbag with belongings and later used a smart-rider card on a bus in Bassendean.

When a staff member stopped the girls, they threatened assault and ran from the store.
