Hampton Senior High student wins big at Midland HyperVision Exhibition

HAMPTON Senior High School student Zoe Merrett has been named as one of the winners of an art exhibition in Midland.

HyperVision Exhibition is an annual competition held at Midland Gate Shopping Centre, where different art such as photography, fashion, graphic design, sculpture and painting were on display.

This year’s theme was “reality check” on the participants’ personal lives and the community.

The Year 12 student claimed top prize out of 140 entries with her work, Maybe She’s Born With It.

Zoe received a $200 gift voucher.

Bedford resident and Central TAFE student Devan Job was named fashion and jewellery runner-up.

The duo’s artwork is on display at the shopping centre until July 24.
