Heart attack causes fatal crash in Kiara

Staff WriterEastern Reporter

A MAN died last night after he suffered what was believed to be a heart attack and crashed into a house in Kiara.

The 63-year-old was driving along Beechboro Road North just before 6pm when his Holden Commodore left the road near the intersection with Morley Drive East.

The car, which also had an elderly passenger, crashed into bushes, then cars parked in a carport as well as the pillars holding it up, causing the carport to collapse.

The resident heard the crash and raced out to do what he could to help.
