Homicide detectives probe Balga woman’s death

Justin BianchiniEastern Reporter

Mystery surrounds the death of a 59-year-old Balga woman who died in Royal Perth Hospital this morning after delaying telling police she was assaulted.

Homicide detectives say Louise Allison Langhorn was admitted to hospital two days after receiving injuries during an altercation in Balga on Wednesday about 7pm.

She did not contact police on the night but reported later that she was assaulted on February 6 in Balga Avenue near Redcliffe Avenue.

A passer-by in a dark car came to her aid and scared off the men before he drove her home to her unit in Balga.
