IGA 2017 Perth Zoo Conservation Calendar: help save endangered species

Greig JohnstonEastern Reporter

WESTERN Australians can help protect some of the world’s most threatened species by purchasing the IGA 2017 Perth Zoo Conservation Calendar.

IGA has been sponsoring the calendar for the past six years, during which time it has raised more than $600,000 for the Zoo’s conservation efforts.

“The Perth Zoo’s Conservation Calendar is certainly a favourite among IGA retailers and their families, with the funds going towards truly innovative wildlife protection programs,” Como IGA owner Pierre Sequeira said.

“Money from last year’s calendar even helped support a project in Papua New Guinea that turned Tree Kangaroo hunters into protectors.
