Living Longer Living Stronger fitness program launches in Bayswater

BAYSWATER residents aged over 50 can now join an exercise program to stay fit.

Living Longer Living Stronger was launched by Life Ready Physio and Pilates Bayswater on April 2.

The program, which has been running in WA for more than 15 years, was designed by sports scientists to improve strength, balance and mobility of older people.
