A 39-year-old Lockridge man has been charged for allegedly sending text messages of a sexual nature to girls under 16 years of age.
Regional Investigations Unit officers found the man and a 15-year-old girl in the back seat of a vehicle parked at Rosher Park in at about 9.20am on December 27.
Police allege condoms and a mobile phone containing sexual conversations were found during a search of the vehicle.

Child Abuse Squad detectives took over the investigation and executed a search warrant at the man’s Lockridge home where they seized a computer.
The man was charged with using electronic communication to expose a child under 16 years to indecent matter.
He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on January 31.
