Man critical after stabbing in Lockridge

A man is in a critical but stable condition after being stabbed in his home in Lockridge overnight.

Police are investigating the incident, where the 43-year-old received a serious stab wound to his neck during an altercation with an unknown man.

At about 11pm, the man was outside his home on Scanlon Way when it is believed he was involved in the altercation.

He was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital and remains in a critical but stable condition.
