Man injured in Hammond Park crash

TRAFFIC Enforcement Group officers are investigating a serious crash in Hammond Park overnight which left a man with serious injuries.

At about 8.15pm on Monday, July 30, a 39-year-old man was driving an orange and black 2016 model Honda motorcycle south along the Kwinana Freeway.

About 2kms south of Russell Road, the motorcycle went off the road and hit the wire barrier.

The male rider from Wellard received serious leg injuries and was taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
