New floodlights for Noranda Sporting Complex, as Bayswater secures grant

Toyah ShakespeareEastern Reporter

NEW floodlights will be installed at Noranda Sporting Complex, after the City of Bayswater won a grant.

The State Government will put $66,723 towards installing floodlighting at Noranda Sporting Complex, part of the community sporting and recreation facilities fund.

It also provided $79,689 for floodlighting at Charles Riley Memorial Reserve in the City of Stirling.

Acting Premier Liza Harvey said sporting clubs were often the “life blood” of local communities and brought people together.
