Nollamara: Goodstart Early Learning Centre calling for donated Christmas gifts

Kristie LimEastern Reporter

GOODSTART Early Learning Centre in Nollamara is calling on the community to donate gifts for children in need, as part its Christmas appeal.

The centre is aiming to give 25 packs to children from ages two to 11 from a local women’s refuge on November 30.

People can drop off gifts at the centre.

Assistant director Emma Brosnan said it was the first time the centre had launched an appeal.

“It is really important to let children know that there are children in their community that might need toys for Christmas.”

She said the centre would be doing the appeal again next year.
