FOR the month of October Petstock is offering microchipping for $10 per pet at stores from Perth to Mandurah.
This is lower than the usual price of $80.
Dogs, cats and small animals are eligible for microchipping.

The microchipping event will be held from October 21 to 22.
A recent survey of more than 800 pet owners found that eight per cent had been reunited with their pet thanks to social media.
In 2016, more than 8000 pets were microchipped at the event.
